When I read stories...Jeri, this is such a fun post! When I read stories set in places I know well, like Washington, DC, or Rome, I always look for landmarks. When it's a city that I know, but not quite so well, like London, I take out a map and locate the street and orient myself to places I do know.<br /><br />And I'm glad you enjoy the enjoyment of the pomp. So do I.
